Dùng để mỉa mai hoặc cảnh báo rằng quá thật thà, ngay thẳng thì dễ bị thua thiệt, bị lợi dụng, đến mức bị coi như kẻ ngây dại. Biến thể này thêm từ “đứa” nên sắc thái khẩu ngữ, nhấn mạnh hơn vào hình ảnh người khờ khạo.
